What Does This Challenge Cover?

Three videos with a mindful practice of 15 minutes, will be sent to you via e-mail. Practice mindfulness with a combination of meditation and a cognitive exercise. This way we can transfer a big amount of concentrated knowledge for maximum effect within a short time. The sessions are structured as follows:

Day 1
Mental Clarity

You will learn how to quiet your busy mind to see where you want to go. Layout your goal and create a strong commitment to it.

Day 2
Intuition

Second step is to connect with you inner voice, intuition, flow, gut feeling, or however you name the energy within yourself that feels good. Find your "why" and motivation from within.

Day 3
Open Heart

With a heart opening meditation on day three, you will be able to listen to your heart and see solutions that are best for you.
